Our Return Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of keeping our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to take care of customers.  If any refund will be made, it will be by store credit only. No useable merchandise can be returned. We will not accept any worn and damage items for any merchandise. 

• All Lingerie Products are store credit only. 
• Once items have shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
• Please wait 4-7 business days to receiving product once payment is received.
• 1-3 business days for shipments in Maryland.

• Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out the next business day

• Our merchandise cannot be shipped internationally.

• Holiday shipping may fluctuate based on the day it falls on, but we will do our best to ship your merchandise on time.
• Please use proper address for delivery. If merchandise is unclaimed and undeliverable an additional fee will be accessed.
• Expedite shipping will have additional fee at check out.
